You don’t even have to look closely. It looks incredibly fake from the very first glance.
What is it that we’re looking for? How is it so easy to tell that it’s photoshopped?
The way it’s pixelated, if you look around the picture of the child, it kind of looks like there is a box, especially under “Sluggish.” Also signs like that are typically metal, and would either be punch typed, making the letter stand out and have a shadow behind them, or sealed on, making it smooth. The words here look 3-d(ish) but not in a realistic way, more in a sad attempt to make your font look cool kind of way.
That’s just my opinion…
The highlight in the outer border has a specular bright spot at the top left corner. This is caused by a point light source. The Highlights on the text and image do no have a specular dot; this is the type of highlight used to produce an embossed or raised look with the Photoshop layer editor’s Bevel and Emboss tool. This type of highlight is produced from a directed ambient light source or distant or nearly parallel light source.
There is no possible way that the two highlights are on the same flat object.

I think the idea is that these are supposed to be funny because they were created in a good faith effort to get the sign/advertisement/whatever right, but failed miserably. If someone intentionally made it incorrect, or worse, it doesn’t actually exist outside of this site, it really doesn’t belong here.
