This has nothing to do with Engrish.
Apart from the fact that it’s intentional, it doesn’t involve any attempt at English. It’s stating true facts, and it’s in Spanish.

It actually says “how to use your new hat”. It’s not poor Spanish and it’s in clear English on the other side (why it was posted Spanish side up is also beyond me), so it really doesn’t belong on this site.

This does have a military application to it. I remember when I entered the military and in boot camp they taught you how to wear the uniform correctly especially the hat. And the training instructors who wore the smokey the bear hats would always tell us to get our heads out of our asses. 2nd pic is military member in proper uniform with head up ass.
