Indeed. There’s no butchering of the English language here, only an idiotic statement that this makes drunk driving safer.
This picture is altered, i have seen the product in stores and it does not say that. Not only is this not Engrish, its not even a Fail.
This product was shown on a UK TV talk show not long ago and it had the drunk driving text on it, maybe you saw a different package.
Hell, the fail picture has been out there long enough. The manufacturers have most likely fixed it by now and the one you saw with “drunk driving” omitted was one of the new ones.
