I really like the fact that the circle/bar combo is forbidding “nothing” apparently.
In Britain, the red bar isn’t needed; the red circle by itself means “prohibited”. There is one sign comprising a red circle and a blank white background. I think it means “Whatever it is, don’t even think about it. We’re watching you, mister.”
