A friend of mine in Australia said that the word ’stuffed’ was a slang for the F-word. So when someone says “Get Stuffed” you know what they’re really saying. Here in the US it just means over-full as in “I ate too much and now I’m stuffed”. Anyway, I think Shaid is right.

Here’s another instance of the Chinese 干 (gan1) being translated in the sense meaning “a slang word for f**k” rather than “dry”. I can’t read a whole lot of Chinese, but I know that f**k should be “dry” instead. Obviously, the shrimp doesn’t dry the cabbage… Shrimp with dry cabbage? Dry cabbage with shrimp?
