What’s to wonder? Kids with boiling water can be extremely dangerous. They’ll totally throw that stuff around without realizing the consequences. A grownup with boiling water? Yeah. Sure. I feel totally comfortable around that. But if I see a child with boiling water? I’m getting the fuck out of there!

I think it was supposed to convey the idea that child+boiling water = multitude of issues. I saw it, in all places, in England on the till at Debenhams cafe in White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.
