I got a sample of this stuff. I assume it’s a line of skin care like Burt’s Bees, but with carrots. Anyone try it?

Agreed on both counts (and if you’ve never heard of the product, it actually IS pretty good Engrish)–I’m trying, though, to imagine the meeting with the marketing team where they made the final decision on the name.

Ahahaha, I was going to point out that it’s Walgreens. I used to work at one. Same paper, same font.. (Plus now that I look at the background, of course it’s Walgreens.)

Actually, Yes To Carrots is a beauty company. I have their shampoo & conditioner it rocks.
Unfortunately, most Walgreens signs are printed on that paper (they’re our “11×7’s”) and that font. The program we use to make signs has absolutely NO options, that’s basically all you get. There are other ways to make the signs, but it’s actually a lot of work for something that will probably only be up for a week or so. And you only get so many lines of text, hence the “short, sweet, to the point-ness” of it.
And Yes To Carrots is an amazing product, BTW.

This isn’t Engrish. This is a line that’s only sold at Walgreen’s right now, and Walgreen’s is a store based only in the U.S. XD
They probably made the sign when the Yes To Carrots body butter (a really thick, luxurious lotion) was free after rebate. I don’t see how it’s bad grammar or anything. o_O;;
