The Green part is saying that green is a soothing color to the eyes. Why this is on an orange card, I’m not sure.

No, no – green frees your eyes from exhaustion (at least according to that sign), so it’s probably connected with people needing to be out in the woods a bit more to regain their strength and health after all the pollution in the cities.

Felling is a term used in logging. “Green releases eyes …” is obviously related to tired eyes from being out in the woods all day. Obviously this is for sunglasses.
