This has an almost haiku-like feeling:

The hand rips the fried chicken

Chicken tastes much better if ripped by hand rather than by machine. It’s that personal touch that makes the difference.

This is what I miss about China: that plate of food is $5 and feeds 2-3.

I think I saw this when I was in China! I miss the cheap prices…..my god, it’s like 30-40 dollars for a CHEAP steak here in America….and in China it’s more like 30-40 cents for a NICE steak…..
