  1. Jebus says:

Why would they name it Porky? It has no meaning!

  2. Munior says:

    Is it all in pink?

  3. dr_handle says:

It might just be a typo; the space between “childrens” and “wear” should in fact be moved to the left, so that the sign reads correctly PORKY CHILDREN SWEAR. You can hear the little beggars in any shopping centre, “Muuuuuum, I’m HUUUUNGRYYYYYY, I wan’t some f*$&ing McDOOOOONAAAAAALDS!”

I have a theory that these kids are preparing for the rising sea levels that the pundits tell us will accompany global warming; when the densely populated coast of Australia goes under, they’ll all float effortlessly on their blubber. Until the Japanese whaling fleet arrives, anyway.

    • Roark says:

      Porky Children Swear
      Brilliant!
I’m not sure what the last character 복 means.
Still pretty basic Korean skills here.

It could be swearing, or maybe not.

  4. scum says:

Also refers to a sexual preference for pigs.

  5. K says:

not totally made from pork, just a little porky.

  6. purpletabby says:

Is it really clothes for fat kids or is the sign talking about something else?

  7. Phi Dough says:

And what are those symbols above the Korean characters? I would have said shooting stars but I’ve never seen square or triangular ones.

Porky: maybe the store owner likes Bugs Bunny cartoons and thinks the pig is the cutest character?!?!

  8. Alchemical says:

The two kids on the sign do not look THAT porky to me.

  9. Evil Weezel says:

    Por Que children swear?

  10. DragonMC says:

    Now for a translation. Anyone?

  11. crism says:

The hangeul says 포키아동복, po-ki-a-dong-bok. The last three syllables mean “children’s clothes”; the first two may well be a brand name, transliterated to (or even from) “Porky.”

  12. Actually says:

    Porky is a brand name.

  13. Cloud says:

Haha… check the failblog’s counter to this :3.

  14. Alice says:

THis is probably where Pokey Minch gets his clothes.
    (brawl name: porky)
