I’m thinking they may be using “horny” in the literal sense, i.e. a quality of something that possesses horns. Maybe it is a wart remover? Or possibly a skin lotion to remove roughness on callouses? I don’t really know, as I don’t speak Japanese, but that is my guess.
Almost certainly referring to calluses/roughness. It’s not the first time lotion mentioning ‘horniness’ has been posted here.
