No, it’s more like it’s taken out of context. I think this was a time when Shiro was trying to make Sabre understand that if she gets killed during a fight with another Servant she dies for good, though she doesn’t seem to mind because it’s her duty. I haven’t seen Fate/Stay Night in a long time so I don’t remember. You’d have to watch the anime to understand.
