We can see both Pepsi Cola and Coca Cola on display, but I really can’t figure out if “Porky” refers to either of them…
Porky Cola. It’s the other white drink.
I don’t suppose there’s any way to deep-fry this?
Freeze it first? There’s that trick they do with ice cream.
The trick is a special batter (dunno how to make it) and the right fryer temperature.
To deep-fry ice-cream, first you freeze it, then wrap it in sliver-thin slices of stale sponge cake and freeze it again seriously hard, then dip it in batter then fry it quickly in very hot oil, so the batter cooks before the ice-cream starts to melt.
Wow, I didn’t know that deep fried ice cream was for real. yum!
oh yes, it kinda like eating some hot dessert with ice cream, only maybe not as good
It is just a variation on deep fried Twinkies.
Hmmm.. for almost 6 bucks, it must be one of those pretentious imported sodas
I’ve had it before, I has a salty ham aftertaste.
Homer Simpson’s perfect soft drink.
The new Loony Toon beverage line.
Tastes slightly better than a “pure” flesh drink.
Must be the new specialty from “Hamm and Buble”
There is a great recipe for ham baked in a Coke and brown sugar glaze. It would also work well with any pork roast.
No details, but I’ve heard of one for either marinading or boiling ham in cola.
Grab yourself a can of pork soda, you’ll be feelin’ just fine.
Came for this.
“Porka cola makes the world taste butter “
‘Butter’ that than nothing!
You kids butter behave.
well, this is an English fail, but it’s not a Spanish fail. “Pork y Cola” = “Pork and Cola”.
That would be Puerco. You failed the Spanish part.
But it is, after all, a very popular drink in Puerco Rito.
Maybe this is their way of saying that the Coca Cola people are pigs.
Or the Pepsi people, as both cans are in there.
Cold, fizzy, bubbly…swinola?
heh! Swillcola? Swinecola? Pork drinkers make better lovers?
Either way
Pork lovers make better drinkers?
Oops! Forgot to change back.
Now with extra pork!
It could be an extra-large volume of drink, sold to to porky people, or people who will become porky if they insist on ingesting large amounts of soft drink regularly. Or it could be cola with bacon bits in the bottom of the cup.
Given the recent studies that have found a strong relationship between consumption of soft drinks and obesity, this is really just a consumer warning.
Sold in Jeroboam, Nebuchadnezzar and Oh My God -sized bottles.
Bottles are for sissies, get me a keg…
I want one that requires a 2 wheel hand truck.
How about one that needs a pork-lift?
Gives a whole new meaning to that advertising slogan “Get some pork on yer fork”.
That’s the way we roll.
Mother 3 is greeting!
FOR PORKY!
Maybe it’s a Mother 3 item.
the coca leaf and the kola nut both taste horrible, iunno how they made a good drink outta that….
Lucozade is made out of Lucas.
Nescafe is made out of Ness.
so Porky Cola is made out of…
…that fat b@stard who tried to get the better of Pee Wee and his friends? Oh, it’s a Flesh Drink.
this makes no sense in chinese either
Some kind of…meat rice, but the first character doesn’t seem to work. (In Japanese, it means “foolish”.)
it’s chinese – “lu ro fan (é¯è‚‰é£¯)” – popular in Taiwan and elsewhere – i’m guessing this is either hong kong or singapore (judging by the price). the pork is stewed for a long time in a pot and then served over white rice – it’s a cheap dish in Taiwan (about 30nt/US$1) and although quite good it smells a little like cat food.
Swineflu in a can?
Primus was way ahead of these guys with an album and song called “Pork Soda” back in 1993.
Yeah, but the accompanying beverage went nowhere.
Cola is used in place of sugar or honey as part of a glaze or sauce
in some recipes for Christmas ham in the states
Sounds like something Pigmasks would carry around.
